Services

We provide experience-based guided walking tours, photo tours, and food tours in Tokyo for international travelers. We do not sell or arrange accommodation, transportation, or physical goods.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

If a tour is canceled due to weather conditions or organizer reasons, a full refund will be issued.


Refunds & Dispute Policy

If you believe there has been an error or unauthorized charge, please contact us directly before filing a dispute with your card issuer. We will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.


Legal Restrictions

Our services are conducted entirely within Japan and involve guided experiences only. We do not provide transportation, shipping, or export services.


Returns

As we provide experience-based services, returns are not applicable.
